Why Germany?②

I wrote about my first trip to Berlin on last post.

I'm going to write about my life after the trip and how I decided to go to working holiday in Germany.

On last September, I started to go to university in Tokyo, so I leave my hometown and started living in a big shared residence. There were about 60 people live there and most of them were in 20s and 30s , so I was the youngest one in that house. (I was 18 years old at that time.) They were really nice to me and I felt like their are my second family haha. I'll write about the shared residence someday in other post.

In fact, there were 2 German people and a woman who used to live in Berlin for few years. I was realy interested in Germany, so I talked them a lot and they taught me many things about Germany. After 2 months had passed, I started thinking about doing working holiday in Germany.

On the other hand, I could made a lot of friends at university and I studied hard with them, so I can say that I had a fulfilled days then. However, one day, I noticed that I was losing my way to the thing that I really want to do. Therefore, I decided to go to Germany to change and brush up my self and improve my language and communicasion skills and knowledge.

Fortunately, I already have some friends in Germany , so I contacted them and I could decide the place I can stay for first 3 months. At that point, I started preparing to go to Germany by using Working holiday visa. It was 2 months before I left Japan.

Actually, there were 3 exchange students from Germany when I was in high school. I became friend with them and I continued contacting them after they go back to Germany.

Sometimes I feel like my dicision that I decided to go to Germany is mean to be happened since 4 years ago.

This is why I think life is really interesting.
